Mace is strengthening its Advanced Manufacturing capability in Germany, appointing senior leaders to drive growth and deliver major schemes in Berlin and Frankfurt. This is an opportunity to manage, grow and inspire multi-disciplinary teams within a strategically important, high-growth sector across Germany and Europe.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing strategic assignments aligned to vision.
• Owning executive relationships and robust governance.
• Driving client relationships, prospects and growth.
• Providing ethical budgetary oversight and regulatory compliance.
• Shaping long-term strategy for sustainable performance.
• Developing, mentoring and inspiring high-performing, inclusive teams.

You’ll need to have:

• Growth mindset with proven sector growth, cross-selling and senior stakeholder relationship management.
• Experience delivering complex industrial, manufacturing and data centre projects across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial, financial and sustainability acumen, understanding carbon impacts on project outcomes.
• Professional accreditation MRICS/RICS or equivalent, with demonstrable leadership of large, diverse teams.
